This notice covers the StatsFlip website at statsflip.com. Our products, such as Campus Vehicles and Safety, handle institutions’ data under a written agreement with each institution, described at the end of this page.
What this website collects
- No cookies and no trackers. The site sets no cookies, has no advertising, and loads no third-party scripts or fonts.
- Visit counts. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page visits without cookies and without identifying you.
- Hosting logs. Our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
- Messages you send us. The demo request form doesn’t send anything by itself. It opens your own email app with your request filled in, and nothing reaches us until you press Send. If you email us, we use what you write only to reply and to follow up about your request.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell personal information, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the service providers that run the site and our email for us.
How long we keep it
We keep emails for as long as we are talking with you or your institution, and delete them when they are no longer needed. Ask us at any time to delete yours.
Institutions’ data: analysis projects and products
When a school, district, college or university shares data with us for an analysis project (such as grades, attendance or enrollment) or uses one of our products, the institution decides what information is shared and why, and we process it only on its behalf and only for the work it asks for. We ask for the fewest fields the work needs. Each institution’s data is kept separate, is never sold, and is not used for advertising or to train AI models; it is returned or deleted when the work ends. The details are set out in the agreement we sign with each institution before any data is shared. If you have a question about a record an institution holds about you, please contact that institution first, and we will help them respond.
